Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal and payout conditions
1. General Information
Our platform provides information and/or access to investment services. Investments involve risks and may result in the loss of invested capital. A traditional refund in the sense of a “money-back guarantee” is generally not provided for investment decisions.
2. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services
If a contract for digital services or advisory services is concluded remotely, consumers may be entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with legal provisions.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:
- the service has been fully provided and
- the customer has expressly agreed that execution of the service begins before the withdrawal period expires
- and has confirmed that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
3. Investments and Capital Transfers
Once capital has been invested in financial instruments or external investment products, a refund of the invested amount is not possible.
Payouts are made strictly in accordance with the respective contractual terms and depend on:
- Market conditions
- Liquidity of the respective investment
- Legal and regulatory requirements
4. Withdrawal Requests
Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing through the designated system.
Processing is carried out after internal review and taking into account:
- Identity verification (KYC/AML requirements)
- Contractual obligations
- Regulatory requirements
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
5. No Guarantee
No guarantee is given for profits, capital preservation, or the constant availability of funds. Every investment decision is made at your own risk.
